Whitewater Diamonds Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in store within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original packaging. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only available for online shoppers. Purchases made in the store will receive a store credit.
If a piece of jewelry or a watch is returned, the item undergoes an inspection process that lasts up to 10 business days. Credit will be issued after the inspection has occurred.
Special order/custom merchandise and items that have been altered for size are not eligible for return or exchange.
How refunds are received
Proof of purchase necessary: If you have your original receipt or the credit card statement used to purchase, you will get a refund in the original form of payment.
We will credit your account(s) within 14 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account.
How store refunds are credited
Once your return is received in store, we will process your credit immediately. If you provide us with an email address, we will email you once your return is received and your credit is processed. Depending on your bank's processing time, your credit may take a few days to reflect on your account.
How to make a return
We offer free returns in store or by mail. 
Store returns: Items purchased in store must be returned to the store.
Items purchased online can be returned by mail or in store. Provide us with your original receipt. No receipt? You can use your credit card statement from the card used to make your purchase.
Return by mail: Only items purchased online can be returned by mail with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
